Fitness Classes
At Aspire we offer a wide variety of exercises classes suitable for all. From Aerotone to Zumba you will find a class which is new and challenging to take your fitness to the next level.
The fitness studio holds a maximum of 15, but this will vary depending on class type.
Booking is essential – members can book through the MyWellness app, with non-members able to book via reception.
Prices for non-members are as follows:
30 minute classes – £3
45 and 60 minute classes – £4
