TEENfit

Welcome to TEENfit – the ultimate membership designed specifically for 13-15 year olds!  Whether you’re into sports, want to boost your energy, or simply aim for a healthier lifestyle, TEENfit is your go-to membership.  With TEENfit you’ll get more than just a gym membership – you’ll get a supportive community, fun workouts, and expert guidance.

After the Application Form/Health Questionnaire and direct debit forms have been completed you contact contact reception who will arrange to book your child into the next available Stage 1 Induction slot.  When you arrive with your child for their Stage 1 Induction you will be provided with a QR code to the Mywellness App linked to Aspire Gym which your child will require to download onto their phone and create their profile. Don’t worry as a member of our Fitness Team will be on hand if you need any help.  MyWellness app can also be found on Google or Apple. .

INDUCTION PROCESS

Once your child is booked into our 2 Stage Induction Process their journey will begin.  We are committed to ensuring that all TEENfit members receive comprehensive training and guidance to use our facilities safely and effectively.  TEENfit inductions will be carried out over 2 group sessions, with each group having no more than 6 people.

STAGE 1: Introduction to Resistance and Cardiovascular Machines

Day & time:  Saturdays 10.15am (duration 1 hour 15 minutes) 

Overview: During this session TEENfit members will learn how to use the resistance and cardiovasuclar machines. Our qualified instructors will provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance on proper usage, adjusting weights and settings, for each individual user.

STAGE 2: Free Weight Techniques and Safety

Day & time:  Sundays 10.15am (duration 1 hour 15 minutes) 

Overview: In this session TEENfit members will be introduced to free weights and learn essential techniques for safe and effective weightlifing. Our experienced instructors will teach proper form, breathing techniques, and safety protocols for exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench press and more.

WHEN CAN YOU USE THE FACILITIES

Once you have successfully completed both Stages of your induction process you can start booking your timeslots in the gym via MyWellness app on Google or Apple

GYM ACCESS

  • Regular Term Time Schedule – Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Weekends – 12:00pm to 4:00pm
  • School Holidays Schedule (Easter, Summer, October, Christmas) – Every day of the week 12:00pm to 4:00pm

FITNESS CLASSES

  • Wednesday 3.30pm – 4.00pm – TEEN TITANS
  • Thursday 3.30pm – 4pm – BLITZ
  • Friday 3.30pm – 4pm – SUSPENSION SQUAD

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS 

All gym sessions and fitness classes must be booked by TEENfit members before use.   Bookings can be made through their MyWellness app on Google or Apple

IMPORTANT NOTES

TEENfit members are encouraged to arrive promptly for their booked session.

Proof of age may be requested for child.

Please wear appropriate gym attire and bring a water bottle for hydration during workouts.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safe transportation to and from the gym.
