Kettlebell Intense is a 30min high intensity class utilising the kettlebell in a series of movement patterns to increase strength, power and cardio fitness.

Circuits

Move around the room performing different exercises at each station, taking on cardio and resistance training activities. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Fat Burn Extreme

Fat Burn Extreme is a maximal high intensity workout with no rest periods. Sessions are comprised of body weight exercises like push ups, squats and lunges. Its designed to make you burn as many calories as possible.

HIIT Step

HIIT Step involves a 30min high intensity interval training workout where you use your own bodyweight and a step.
